You can upload common image formats such as JPG, PNG, SVG and WEBP in the upload field below the product for your engraving.

How long do the engraving order and shipping take?

Once your personalized order has been received and payment is complete, I will engrave and ship it within 3 to 4 working days to Germany, and within 4 to 7 working days to Austria.

Which colors are possible for laser engravings?

Grayscale and minimally saturated colors are possible. No full colors!

What does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge, shipping to Austria costs 14.49 euros.

What is a photo gift and which materials are good?

A photo gift is a product that is personalized with your own photo, such as a mug, water bottle, lunch box, or card. At Minntera, I focus on laser engraving on stainless steel: The photo remains permanently visible, and the material is free of harmful substances and BPA. Engraved items are best washed by hand. Unlike printed or coated gifts, an engraving does not fade. A photo on stainless steel does not fade because the engraving is etched into the surface.

How much does a personalized photo gift cost?

At Minntera, personalized photo gifts start at 19.95 euros. An engraved stainless steel water bottle or lunch box with a custom image typically costs between 24 and 49 euros, including personalization, shipping within Germany, and VAT. A personalized photo gift is therefore more affordable than many expect.

What photo gift ideas does Minntera offer?

Why laser engraving instead of printing for a photo gift?

A laser engraving is etched directly into the stainless steel, not on it, but in it. It does not fade and does not become brittle because it is embedded in the surface itself rather than resting on top. Printed or coated products lose their appeal over time.

Who is behind Minntera?

I am Frank Reuter, Industrial Foreman in Chemistry (IHK Dresden 2011), and I run Minntera as a manufactory based in Freital near Dresden. I personally inspect, optimize, and engrave every order. Since 2018, I have implemented more than 1.500 personalized engraving ideas.
